Welcome,  My name is Dr. Diedra Manns. I'm a woman of a certain age, a life partner, a daughter, a sister, and an aunt. I’m also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an entrepreneur, a movement scientist, a certified Pilates teacher, an educator, a dancer, a cancer survivor and a lifestyle medicine coach. My passion is using my holistic approach to help modern women over 40 lead healthier, more fulfilled lives without the guilt or overwhelm.
