Having undergone menopausal symptoms in my mid-30s due to breast cancer treatments, I know firsthand what you're going through. As my own first client, I've spent the last 20 years making significant lifestyle changes that have reduced its impact on my body while improving my health and longevity. But my journey continues to evolve in response to my body, mind, and spirit's current needs.

As your coach, it's equally important for me to invest my resources to support this important transformation, so I limit the number of clients I work with at once.
