Why I Created This Experience

Eight years ago, when I entered menopause, there was no roadmap; no podcasts, no reels, no retreats, just scattered symptoms and disconnected advice. Even my doctors couldn’t guide me.

As a clinician and educator, that frustrated me. Because what I could see in myself and the women around me was that the struggle was real, and it was never just one thing.

Through research, practice, and lived experience, I discovered that five core skills can shift everything. The first and most foundational is reclaiming rest.

That’s why I created this workshop: to help you take the first powerful step toward restoring your sleep, your energy, and your sense of self.
