Is this you?

If you’ve been waking at 3am, holding it all together with coffee and willpower, and wondering if you’ve lost your edge—you are not alone.

Sleep disruption is one of the most common (and least talked-about) struggles of perimenopause. It’s not just about feeling tired.

Poor sleep drives brain fog, reactivity, weight gain, and body composition changes that can leave you feeling out of control in your own life.

This workshop isn’t another sleep hygiene checklist. It’s an empowering first step in the Who is Peri? framework—a pathway designed to help midlife women lead themselves through change with science, sisterhood, and self-leadership.

Not for much longer!

In just 90 minutes, you’ll uncover why sleep shifts in midlife, how those shifts affect your leadership and relationships, and two simple practices you can try tonight.

You’ll also connect with other women walking the same path, because this journey isn’t meant to be done alone.

What You’ll Walk Away With

This live experience is more than information.

By the end of this workshop, you will:

✅ Understand the key reasons sleep is disrupted in midlife (it’s not your fault).
✅ See how poor sleep directly impacts your focus, mood, relationships, and body composition.
✅ Identify your #1 personal disruptor through a guided reflection exercise.
✅ Learn two simple practices you can try tonight (an evening reset + a morning anchor).
✅ Experience the power of sisterhood connection in small group breakouts.
✅ Begin to see sleep not as weakness but as a leadership skill and the first step in your bigger transformation.

Why I Created This Experience

For too long, women like us have been left to figure this out in silence.

As a physical therapist, menopause health expert, and a woman who entered menopause early after breast cancer, I know how confusing and disorienting this transition can be — even when you’re proactive, informed, and used to leading with strength.

I also know the power of finally putting a name to what you’re experiencing. Understanding how your hormones, brain, body, and sense of self are shifting can change everything, not because something is wrong with you, but because your body is asking you to pay attention in a new way.

This experience brings together everything I wish I’d had: clear, compassionate education… tools grounded in science and lived wisdom… and a moment to pause, learn, and realign with what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

If you’ve been wondering how to navigate this vital time in life and how to move forward with more focus, strength, and a more profound sense of connection to yourself,

I made this for you.

What people are saying

Lee Schwartz, Digital  Marketing Director, US - Menopause Cafe' Program Director - IQVIA

Thriving at Home and at Work During the Menopause Transition:

"This workshop was a standout in our Menopause Cafe series. Participants expressed enthusiasm, noting numerous "aha" moments that provided clarity on their own menopause journey and answered lingering questions left unexplored by previous discussions or research. Her insights truly resonated with the group."

Paige Walker, Former Chief Operating Officer, Girl Scouts - Oregon SW Washington

Menopause By Design Experience:

"Not only did our group learn about the many facets of menopause through this program, but Dr. Diedra provided immediate solutions and additional resources to local professionals who helped us navigate our specific problems. Most importantly, the live calls were a safe place that helped build camaraderie as team members with a shared understanding and empathy for our own menopausal experiences. ”

"I learned that my thoughts about my body and how it should behave kept me from solving the problem. Being in this group helped me accept what was happening, and I discovered the answer. "
Colleen F.

"Dr. Diedra is a wonderful guide for women in midlife! She speaks from lived experience, science-backed methods, and a genuine care and compassion to help women navigate what can be a confusing and frustrating time."

Jen D.

"Health and wellness is a personal journey, but that doesn’t mean it has to happen alone Diedra did an amazing job...from encouraging me to engage a surgeon to confirm there was no underlying injury with my chronic pain to reviewing my bloodwork to connecting me with other professionals that could support HRT and additional underlying concerns, Diedra focused on the bigger picture while addressing the immediate problem. "

Kathy C.

"Learning more about what your body is doing during this time. And feeling less alone in the struggle was priceless."
