How a Random Question Became a Movement

I went to a leadership summit with 200 change-makers, searching for how to rebrand my work in a new way. In a small group discussion, a man turned to me and said, "Who is Peri—and what is he doing in my bedroom?" Everyone laughed. So did I. But that question captured everything—the confusion, disruption, and search for answers that so many women experience. Later, I discovered the ancient story of Peri's, women who transformed through struggle into guides for others. That's when I knew—this was exactly the work I was meant to do.
Peri's live in the space between what was and what's to become.
 

Why I'm Uniquely Qualified to Be Your Guide 

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Menopause Health Practitioner, Master Pilates Educator, and Conscious Leadership Facilitator, I've spent nearly 30 years guiding women through movement, medicine, and meaning. As a member of The Menopause Society's Education Committee, I am dedicated to advancing menopause literacy for women, clinicians, and organizations.
More importantly, I'm a cancer survivor who entered early menopause myself, I know the terrain of upheaval—and the power of conscious transformation.
