Why this work is my life’s mission

I know how isolating it feels when your body seems to turn against you just when you need it most.

A few years ago, I was thriving professionally, but blindsided when breast cancer and its treatments thrust me into instant menopause. Overnight, I faced sleepless nights, brain fog, joint pain—and no roadmap from even the best doctors.

I searched everywhere for holistic answers that addressed the whole woman I was becoming. When I couldn’t find them, I built my own. I combined ancient wisdom with modern science to create a framework that rebuilds health from the inside out.

More than a decade later, I’m thriving in ways I never imagined. That forced transformation became my greatest teacher, and the foundation of everything I do now.
